- Any final updates to medal meet files are due to the host team's computer operator by this schedule. Please ensure scratches are captured as much as possible to maximize lane usage.
- Silver Meet: by 7:00 PM Tuesday, 25 July
- Bronze Meet: by 7:00 PM Thursday, 27 July
- Gold Meet: by 7:00 PM Friday, 28 July
